Von: Manik am 20.08.2008 I received as a present webcam phoenix Q8. it is bought in metro cash and carry - Plovdiv, Bulgaria. it cannot be installed. i tried several times in different ways to install it but always received the follwoing message: 1628 - failed to complete nstallation. I wonder what is wrong. is it the cd or the webcam itself.
